De-escalation

This presentation will address techniques and strategies to deal with issues of aggressive behavior by  student(s) against other student(s) or faculty.

It  will cover crucial aspects of identifying, preventing and addressing everyday situations from physically escalation to de-escalation    

Also examined in depth will be motives for aggressive behavior that incite violent confrontation.

For  added insight, case studies will be utilized, with 

emphasis on practical, effective techniques by those dealing with aggressive behavior. 

Both the academic and practical approaches to management of aggressive behavior 

will be covered in detail.
